VSY hosts launching ceremony of trawler-processor KMT02.02
At Vyborg Shipyard (part of United Shipbuilding Corporation) there was held a launching ceremony of trawler-processor Yury Matochkin, project KMT02, built on order of ATLANTRYBFLOT JSC (part of FOR Group).
The construction of the trawlers at the shipyard is carried out under the “investment quotas” program providing incentives for placing orders for fishing vessels at domestic shipyards. In total, at Vyborg Shipyard there will be built three fishing trawlers KMT02 ordered by the companies incorporated in FOR group.
NB 950 Yury Matochkin was laid down at Vyborg Shipyard on November 1, 2018.
Reference: Ice3 class trawler with hull reinforcement to Arc4 class equipped with trawling complex of latest generation is intended for fishing demersal species. On-board equipment with planned catch and year round freezing capacity up to 100 tons of fish per day, combined holds 2375 cubic meters for marine products.
