Vyborg Shipyard JSC has delivered platform supply vessel’s hull STRIL MARINER to representatives of Norwegian shipyard Karmsund Maritime Services AS
Vyborg Shipyard JSC has delivered platform supply vessel’s hull STRIL MARINER to representatives of Norwegian shipyard Karmsund Maritime Services AS, which was built by the project VS 470 PSV Mk II.
The vessel has the following characteristics:
Length overall — 73,4 m;
Width — 16,6 m;
Height of board to main deck — 7,6 m;
Draft maximum — 6,5 m;
Deadweight — about 3550 t.
In the near future the vessel will be tugged to Norway for fulfillment of final outfitting works and after that it will be delivered to the Customer and registered into Norwegian port of Stavanger.
In the period from 2005 to 2007 there have been built series of 8 vessels of this type for Norwegian shipyards at Vyborg Shipyard JSC.
