The trilateral agreement on construction of the upper hull accommodation module of offshore ice-resistant stationary platform «Prirazlomnaya» has taken effect
This week the trilateral agreement on construction of the upper hull accommodation module of offshore ice-resistant stationary platform «Prirazlomnaya» has taken effect, it had been concluded on October 6, 2007 between Sevmorneftegaz LLC, Vyborg Shipyard JSC and Federal State Unitary Enterprise Production Association Sevmash. According to its conditions Vyborg Shipyard will develop technical and detail projects, and also perform construction works in full scope for delivery of " a turn-key " module. In accordance with the approved construction schedule the accommodation module should be delivered to Federal State Unitary Enterprise Production Association Sevmash in 17 months. The part of assembly works and commissioning of offshore ice-resistant stationary platform «Prirazlomnaya» will be performed by Vyborg Shipyard JSC in the territory of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Production Association Sevmash.
Construction of this module is important for the shipyard not only in respect of more complete use of its production facilities, but also with regards to more effective operation at realization of future projects. At this time specialists of the shipyard are working on organization of project works, delivery of equipment and materials and preparation for production start-up. Construction of this module will allow to use its best experience and technical solutions in the future projects.
