Shipyard’s staff began painting works of internal rooms of Project 106
At the beginning of April of current year shipyard’s staff began painting works of internal rooms of Project 106. About 100 people are taking part in this kind of works. To ensure mechanical damage and corrosion resistance paint coating is executed in two layers. According to construction chart of the project painting works should be finished by the end of June and then pontoons will be launched.
Moreover, preparatory works for cable runs mounting are executed in both right and left pontoons. Installation of vertical and inclined ladders is taking place at the moment, after which staff will start mounting of outer stairways.
Mounting of pontoon systems is coming to the completion phase.
