Establishing Cooperation with Italian Company
On 27th April 2017, Vyborg Shipyard PJSC, part of United Shipbuilding Corporation, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Rosetti Marino S.p.A.
Rosetti Marino is a shipbuilding company which main profile is providing a wide range of services mainly for the upstream offshore oil & gas industry for both new field development projects and upgrading projects of the existing facilities (refitting, reconstruction, special maintenance of offshore oil and gas platforms). For its long history the company has gained the trust of the Clients. Vyborg Shipyard is one of the leading shipbuilding companies of the North-West Region of Russia that holds experience of working for local and international oil & gas companies and references so as to provide construction in the shipbuilding and offshore industry in the Russian Federation.
The signing of this Memorandum will allow the Parties to assess the possibility of implementing joint projects and offer to potential Customers the most attractive operational schemes in both offshore exploration and oil & gas production projects and shipbuilding projects in the Russian Federation and in the regions of the Baltic and Barents Seas.
