The certificate of acceptance of SSDR"Polar lights" is signed
On October, 20th, 2011 ceremony of signing of acceptance certificate of SSDR "Polar lights" has taken place. Technical director of Vyborg Shipyard JSC – Voroshilov V.N. and Deputy General Director of Gazflot JSC – Paliy V.V. put the final signatures.
According to conditions of contract, signed in November, 2007, Vyborg Shipyard JSC had to do full complex of design and turnkey construction works for two semi-submersible drilling rigs (SSDR). The certificate of acceptance of the first SSDR "Polar star" was signed by the companies at the end of September of this year.
The Signing of acceptance certificate of SSDR "Polar lights" became the final stage in the laggest project for construction of modern systems for development of Arctic shelf - production - intelligence platforms of VI generation.
