They trust Vyborg Shipyard JSC!
On October, 27 in a building of Vyborg Council of deputies there took place the meeting with heads of territorial bodies of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations and heads of executive labor bodiesin the Russian Federation constituent entities included into Northwest federal body. The question on improvement of labor conditions and safety, development of electronic services in social-labor sphere was the focal point discussed during the meeting.
Meeting was headed by Deputy Director of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations Ivan Shklovets. The vice-governor of Leningrad Region Grigory Dvas, responsible specialists of Central office of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations, specialists of the apparatus of the Russian Federation President Plenipotentiary in Northwest federal district, Leningrad federation of trade unions and also heads of territorial bodies of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations and heads of executive bodies for labor and employment of population of the Russian Federation constituent entities included into Northwest federal district also took participation in the meeting.
Deputy Director of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations Ivan Shklovets made a report on the focal point and by the end of the meeting presented representatives of Vyborg enterprises with Certificates of trust to employers. Such certificates show duly fulfillment of all obligations by employers, first of all, in payment and labour safety spheres. Vyborg Shipyard JSC also received the original "quality mark". This project has been realised by structures of Federal Service for Employment and Labor Relations for the purposes of raising authority of the organisations and individual businessmen on a labour market, achievement of new qualitative protection level of workers health, providing safe working conditions and also increase in labour productivity.
The certificate and congratulations from the representative of federal body werereceived by Personnel Director Alexander Lysov on behalf of Vyborg Shipyard General Director. Alexander Lysov made speech havingemphasized that the Shipyard management allocates substantial amount in each year budget for improvement of labor conditions and safety of VSY workers, it is one of the important focus areas of the shipyard. Personnel Director expressed his hope that this certificate will raise chances of VSY successin announced construction tenders and in tenders that will be held in the future as well. At the present moment it is the most urgent question for Vyborg shipbuilders.
