On April 16, 2005 at JSC Vyborg Shipyard there will be ceremony of launching of crude oil tanker «Kazakhstan», project of Design Bureau Vympel, the first in series of vessels under construction for company «MOBILEX Energy Ltd.» The working region of ships under construction is Caspian Sea.

deadweight — 12000 t.,
length — 149 m.,
breadth — 17,3 m.,
speed — 10 knots.
Hanging over to the Customer is planned on August 10, 2005. There will be present the official delegation of Kazakhstan headed by the minister of transport in the ceremony of launching of vessel. Vyborg Shipyard JSC continues to work on developing programs of exploration and transportation of oil for the Caspian region states. The programs include the building of tanker fleet, oil exploration means, fabrication of oil tankers terminals and ship repair base.
